Erkundung und Ermutigung – Psychodrama und Soziodrama in der politischen Erwachsenenbildung
Das Politische ist nicht vorrangig eine rationale Angelegenheit. Wahlen werden selten wegen eines Wahlprogramms gewonnen. Von Klimaangst, Wutbürgern, Hass auf Minderheiten ist zu lesen – aber auch vom grundsätzlichen Vertrauen in das demokratische System, Mut zum exponierten Engagement oder der Zuversicht, dass die Zukunft gestaltet werden kann.
Im Format der politischen Erwachsenenbildung erkunden wir in Ausschnitten die Komplexität dieses Politischen – auf der Bühne und wesentlich in der Integrationsphase. Etwa zu den Themen Politik mit der Angst oder Gefährdung der Demokratie, zu Utopien, zu den multiplen Krisen der Gegenwart und der notwendigen sozialökologischen Transformation.
Der Vortrag gibt Einblicke, wie Psychodrama und Soziodrama auf mehreren Ebenen Wirkung entfalten können: vom tieferen Verständnis für strukturelle Zusammenhänge bis zu konkreten eigenen Handlungsansätzen. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf dem Erleben von Ohnmacht in den aktuellen gesellschaftlichen Krisen – und wie Psychodrama dazu betragen kann, zum (gemeinsamen) Handeln zu ermutigen.
Exploration and Empowerment – Psychodrama and Sociodrama in Political Adult Education
Politics is not primarily a rational matter. Elections are rarely won solely because of a political program. We hear about climate anxiety, angry citizens, hatred towards minorities, but also about fundamental trust in the democratic system, courage for active engagement, and the belief that the future can be shaped.
In the format of political adult education, we explore the complexity of these political dynamics, both on the stage and, significantly, during the integration phase. We delve into topics such as politics and fear, the threat to democracy, utopias, the multiple crises of the present, and the necessary socio-ecological transformation.
The presentation provides insights into how Psychodrama and Sociodrama can have an impact on multiple levels, from a deeper understanding of structural connections to concrete personal approaches to action. A particular focus is on the experience of powerlessness in current societal crises – and how Psychodrama can contribute to encouraging (collective) action.
