Psychodramatische Supervision – Arbeit mit dem soziokulturellen Atom
Der Workshop beschäftigt sich mit dem praktischen Einsatz des soziokulturellen Atoms als supervisorisches Instrument, um bei den Supervisand:innen die Regiefähigkeit und das spontan-kreative Handeln auf den beruflichen Bühnen zu stärken. Ausgehend von einer Szene, wird die spezifische Rollenkonfiguration in einem Arbeitskontext beleuchtet und Handlungsspielräume sichtbar gemacht. Im Workshop wird diese Intervention demonstriert und damit verbundene Erfahrungen diskutiert. Psychodramatische oder supervisorische Erfahrung ist für die Teilnahme am Workshop nicht erforderlich – everybody welcome!
Psychodramatic Supervision – working with the sociocultural atom

The workshop deals with the practical use of the sociocultural atom as a supervisory instrument, in order to help clients engage in spontaneous and creative actions on their professional stages. Based on a scene, the specific role configuration in a working context is illuminated and scope for action is made visible. In the workshop, this intervention will be demonstrated and associated experiences will be discussed. Psychodramatic or supervisory experience is not required to participate in the workshop – everybody welcome!
